Appropriates funds in the 2005 Common Council Contingent Fund to the City Clerk and Fire Department Operating Expenditure accounts and Employee Health Care Benefits Claims Special Purpose Account.

Whereas, To facilitate closing of Year 2005 financial books, transfers from 2005 Common Council Contingent Fund are necessary; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $43,317 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2005) be transferred to the City Clerk account (#0001-1310-R999-006300) (2005) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $35,000 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2005) be transferred to the Fire Department account (#0001-3280-R999-006300) (2005) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $650,000 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2005) be transferred to the Employee Health Care Benefits Claims Special Purpose Account (#0001-1650-S114-006100) (2005) if necessary.
