Title
A substitute ordinance relating to election commission service fees.

Analysis
Based on a study by the comptroller’s office, this ordinance establishes a new fee structure for providing copies of reports of registered voters by the election commission as follows:
1. There shall be a fee of $10.96 for each report of registered voters.
2. There shall also be an additional charge based on the type of media used for providing such report -- $0.62 per floppy disk, $0.70 per compact disk or $0.10 per hard copy page.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 81-48 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:
81-48. Election Commission Service Fees: Registered Voters Report.
1. There shall be a fee of $10.96 for each report of registered voters.
2. There shall be an additional charge for a report based on the type of media by which such report is provided:
a. $0.62 per floppy disk.
b. $0.70 per compact disk.
c. $0.10 per hard copy page.
