Minutes note: The court reporter was sworn in. The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Licenses Committee, and any written exceptions, if filed, in these matters? All members indicated that they had done so. The question was put: Are the following applicants or their Counsel present and wish to address the Council?: Gurdev Singh was not present. Thomas Holmes was present. Samih Musaitif was present. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the Common Council enter the committee of the whole for the purpose of hearing testimonry concerning these matters. There was no objection. Thomas Holmes and appeared and addressed the Common Council. Asst. City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared on behalf of the City of Milwaukee. Attorney Benjamin Harris appeared on behalf of Samih Musaitif. Asst. City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared on behalf of the City of Milwaukee. Ald. Bohl moved that the Committee of the Whole rise. There was no objection. Ald. Bohl moved that this item be held for the preparation of an amendment. There was no objection. Ald.
