Whereas, The Licenses Committee convened on April 25th to consider revoking the Class “A” Malt transfer application of Lakhwinder Singh from 2101 W. Auer Ave. to 2303 W. Hopkins St.; and

 

Whereas, Lakhwinder Singh was served on April 20th at 11:20 A.M. to appear before the Committee at 4:15 P.M. on April 25th; and

 

Whereas, The Committee heard the matter of Mr. Singh at 8:15 P.M.; and

 

Whereas, Mr. Singh was not present; and

 

Whereas, The Common Council had found 2301 W. Hopkins St. to be a concentrated location; and

 

Whereas, There is some confusion regarding the address of the actual premises as they may be connected; and

 

Whereas, With this revocation, the applicant may still go through the proper procedures to obtain a license for a specific address; and

 

Whereas, The license has not been issued; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Class “A” Malt transfer application of Lakhwinder Singh from 2101 W. Auer Ave. to 2303 W. Hopkins St is hereby revoked.
