Whereas, A special improvement bill in the amount of $286.03 was mistakenly issued to tax key 350-3542-0, GF004455 and billed on April 1, 2004 and should be cancelled; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to amend the 2004 tax rolls by canceling $286.03 for a special improvement bill, including any accrued interest, bond number GF004455 issued on Tax Key 350-3542-0; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Street Resurface/Reconstruction Non-Assessable Account (ST211050001) be charged for this amount.
