Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the zoning for portions of the Riverworks Industrial Center to permit commercial and office uses in addition to light industrial uses and removes a few existing heavy industrial properties previously proposed to be included in the zoning change area.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-801(2).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described and bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way of East Keefe Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North Holton Street, the south line of East Nash Street, a line 170 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Holton Street, the north line of vacated East Nash Street, a line 140 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Richards Street, the south line of East Nash Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North Richards Street, a line 127.5 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Keefe Avenue, a line 100 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Palmer Street, a line 165 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Keefe Avenue, a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Palmer Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of East Nash Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 1st Street, a line 105 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Nash Street, a line ...
