Title
Ordinance relating to the First Amendment to a Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Cameo Care Campus, located on the East Side of South 27th Street and North of West Goldcrest Avenue, in the 13th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the addition of a wireless transmission tower at a previously approved nursing home and for the construction of an assisted living facility.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-907(2)(b).0065

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the procedures and establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended Detailed Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for platted lands all being a redivision of Parcels 1, 2 and 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 6177, being in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, now being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 Section; thence South 00 deg. 18 min. 02 sec. East and along the west line of said Northwest 1/4 Section, 1695.28 feet to a point; thence North 88 deg. 57 min. 38 sec. East, 80.01 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line of South 27th Street and the place of beginning of lands hereinafter described; continuing thence North 88 deg. 57 min. 38 sec. East, 600.02 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 18 min. 02 sec. East and ...
