Analysis
Currently, the code allows vehicles to be parked overnight on both sides of designated streets, except when snow has accumulated to a depth of 2 inches or more.  This ordinance increases the snow depth for this exception from 2 inches to 4 inches.  
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 101-26.5-0 of the code is amended to read:
 
101-26.5.  Snow Parking Regulations - [[2]] >>4<< or More Inches.
 
Part 2.  Section 101-26.5-1-a of the code is amended to read:
 
1.  a.  On designated streets, vehicles may be parked on both sides of the street, except when snow has accumulated on the street surface to the depth of [[2]] >>4<< inches or more.
