Title
Ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Mixed (IM) on land located on the South Side of West Bruce Street and East of South 9th Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This ordinance changes the zoning to permit an antique store that needs to be relocated to a larger facility and expands the zoning district for additional existing uses in the area.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801(3).0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described and bounded by the zoning line along the right-of-way of South 9th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of the South Menomonee Canal, the zoning line along the east side of the North-South Freeway, the zoning line along the west line of Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 6355, the zoning line along the right-of-way of West Virginia Street and the west line of the North-South Freeway, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Mixed (IM).
