Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic

Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do

ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South 29th Street from West Dakota Street to West Manitoba Street"

"On the west side of South 33rd Street from the north curb line of West Becher Street to a point 270 feet north thereof from December 1^st to March 1^st except Sunday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm"

"On the east side of South 35^th Street from West Burnham Street to a point approximately 100' north thereof at any time"

"On the west side of North Stowell Avenue from East Belleview Place to East Park Place except Sunday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm"

"On the south side of East Tunnel Place from a point 215 feet west of the west curb line of North Warren Avenue to the end of the street at any time"

"On the north side of East Woodstock Place from North Prospect Avenue east to the first driveway between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm"

"On the east side of North 59^th Street from West Lloyd Street to W. Washington Boulevard"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 59^th Street from West Vine Street to West Lloyd Street

On the south side of East Newberry Boulevard from North Cramer Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of East State Street from North Astor Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 25^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the east side of North 21^st Street from West McKinley Avenue to West Vliet Street from 2:00 am to 6:00 am

On the north side of West Capitol Drive service drive from North 2^nd Street to a point 125 feet west

On the north side of East Hillcrest Avenue from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 60 feet west

On the west side of South Austin Street from East Dewey Place to a point 50 feet north

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Michigan Street from North 25^th Street to North 26th Street"

"On West Michigan Street from North 26^th Street to North 27th Street"

"On West Mitchell Street from South 20^th Street to South 21^st Street from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm except Sunday"

 "On the east side of North 17^th Street from West Atkinson Avenue to West Capitol Drive"

"On North 26^th Street between West Atkinson Avenue to West Roosevelt Drive"

"On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Silver Spring Drive to a point 200 feet south"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Mitchell Street from South 20^th Street to South 21^st Street

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of East Wilson Street from South Austin Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue"

Part 6.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 59^th Street from West Washington Boulevard to West Vine Street

Part 7.  Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months Alternate Monthly Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Wilson Street from South Austin Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue

Part 8. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking by adding the following:

On South 32^nd Street from West Mitchell Street south to the dead end

On South Shea Avenue from West Pierce Street to West National Avenue

Part 9. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Exception to Winter Parking Regulations by adding the following:

On South Superior Street from East Russell Avenue to East Rhode Island Avenue

On West Forest Home Avenue from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue
