Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2004 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council (District Council #48, Association of Scientific Personnel & TEAM).
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 3 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):

Under Pay Range 205, add the following paragraph: "Employees not represented by a certified collective bargaining unit shall be paid the following biweekly rates effective Pay Period 1, 2002: $986.40, 1,054.11, 1,097.60, 1,120.48, 1,143.35, 1,166.16 and 1,204.02.

Part 2. Section 4 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):

Under Pay Range 329, add the following paragraph: "Employees not represented by a certified collective bargaining unit shall be paid the following biweekly rates effective Pay Period 1, 2002: $1,089.93,
1,164.51, 1,188.08, 1,214.62 and 1,254.42.

Under Pay Range 330, add the following paragraph: "Employees not represented by a certified collective bargaining unit shall be paid the following biweekly rates effective Pay Period 1, 2002: $1,138.50, 1,164.51, 1,188.08, 1,214.62 and 1,254.42.

Part 3. Section 5 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):

Under Pay Range 400, add the following paragraph: "Employees not represented by a certified collective bargaining unit shall be paid the following biweekly rates effective Pay Period 1, 2002: $825.87, 889.47, 926.00, 943.17, ...
