Analysis
This ordinance will change the zoning to allow for a mixed-use development in an existing building.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0011. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Fond du Lac Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way along North 19th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Monroe Street and a line 150 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 19th Street, from Industrial Light (IL1) to Local Business (LB2).
