Analysis
This resolution accepts sewer easement documents SE-2748 and SE-2749.
Body
Whereas, River Ridge Subdivision requires public sewer facilities to serve the proposed buildings; and
Whereas, In order to protect public sewer facilities, the city acquired permanent easements SE-2748 and SE-2749, for said sewer facilities, with the right of entry in and across the properties and with right to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, repair, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may be or may become applicable said facilities; and
Whereas, Heritage Development L.L.C. is the owner of part of parcels 1 and 2, being a part of the Southwest one-quarter (SW ¼) and Southeast one-quarter (SE ¼) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW ¼) and Southwest one-quarter (SW ¼) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE ¼) of Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, River Ridge subdivision, a recorded subdivision; and
Whereas, Heritage Development L.L.C. has executed said sewer easements SE-2748 and SE-2749, located in the above-described parcels 1 and 2; and
Whereas, Said sewer easements have been approved by the City Engineer and City Attorney; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts sewer easements SE-2748, and SE-2749, said sewer easement documents being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 040321 and incorporated in the resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
Further Resolved, That said sewer easement documents shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
