Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2004 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council (District Council 48 and Public employees' Union #61, LIUNA, AFL-CIO, CLC).

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 3 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):

Delete the current rates of pay for the pay ranges and footnotes listed below and substitute the following rates:

Pay Range 200

Under Pay Range 205, add the following paragraph: “Employees not represented by a certified collective bargaining unit shall be paid the following biweekly rates effective Pay Period 1, 2002: $986.40, 1,054.11, 1,097.60, 1,120.48, 1,143.35, 1,166.16 and 1,204.02.

Under Pay Range 205, delete footnote 1/ and substitute the following:

1/ Employees represented by Local 61, LIUNA, in the Department of Public Works, Operations Division, Sanitation Section, to be paid at the following biweekly rates while working in the Department of Public Works-Operations Division, Sanitation Section, effective Pay Period 1, 2003: $1,004.43, 1,084.37, 1,132.34, 1,157.63, 1,182.80, 1,207.97 and 1,236.66
