Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s)from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated June 16, 2004, June 17, 2004, June 21, 2004 and July 2, 2004 and from the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Work/Department of Employee Relations dated July 1, 2004 and July 13, 2004 and attached to Common Council File Number 040303; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
