Title
Motion amending the schedule of Common Council and Committee meetings for 2004.
Analysis
This motion amends the calendar of Common Council and Committee meetings for the year 2004 by permitting the start times for all regular meetings of the Common Council and its Committees to be altered at the discretion of the Common Council President or the chair of a committee provided written notice of the change is submitted to the City Clerk no less than 24 hours before the time at which the Common Council or the committee will meet.
Body
It is moved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the calendar of Common Council and Committee meetings for the year 2004 as approved by Common Council File Number 030565 on September 23, 2003; and as amended by Common Council File Number 031234, approved on December 19, 2003, is further amended by inserting the following paragraph at the end of Common Council File Number 030565:
“The start times for all regular meetings of the Common Council and its Committees may be altered at the discretion of the Common Council President or the chair of a committee provided written notice of the change is submitted to the City Clerk no less than 24 hours before the time at which the Common Council or the committee will meet.”
