Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the conversion of an existing building to occupy a religious assembly.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.2(b).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Carmen Avenue, a line 80 feet East and parallel to North 29th Street, a line 139 feet East and parallel to North 29th Street and a line 131 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Carmen Avenue, from Industrial Office (IO2) to Two-Family Residential (RT2).
