Analysis
This ordinance will expand the current sit-down restaurant property to allow for accessory surface parking and outdoor storage.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0010. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along South 4th Street, a line 150 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue, a line 175 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue and a line 150 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 4th Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
