Title

Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the combination of land into a single base zoning district.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-401(2)(c).0005. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along North Marshall Street, a line 100 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Marshall Street, a line 200 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Hamilton Street and a line 212 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Hamilton Street, from Industrial Mixed (IM) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
