Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2004 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 030415 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Health Department, Disease Control and Prevention Division", delete five position of “Environmental and Disease Control Specialist (X)”, add five positions of "Environmental and Disease Control Specialist (X)(CCC)" and add footnote "(CCC)" to read as follows: "One position partially funded by the Beach Monitoring Project Grant. Grant expires 09/30/04 unless funding is extended"; under “Disease Control and Prevention Division” add the title Bioterrorism Grant - Focus B and E (BBB)" and add one position of "Epidemiologist (X)(BBB)", one position of "Telecommunications Analyst-Associate (BBB)" and add footnote "(BBB)" to read as follows: "To expire 12/31/04 unless the Bioterrorism Grant Focus B and E is extended"; under "Healthy Behaviors and HealthCare Access Division, Milwaukee Breast Cancer Awareness Program" add one position of "Public Health Educator II (X)(JJ)" and amend footnote "(JJ)" to read as follows: "To expire 06/30/05 unless the Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Grant is extended" and delete footnote "(NN)" in its entirety; under "Income Maintenance Grant (P)", delete three positions of “Health Access Assistant II (X)(P)” , add three positions of "Health Access Assistant II (X)(P)(DDD)" and add footnote "(DDD)" to read as follows: "One position partially funded by the Medical Assistant Outreach Grant. Grant expires 12/31/04 unless funding is extended"; amended footnote "(EE)" to read as follows: "To expire 06/30/05 unless the Coordinated Community Response Grant is extended."
