Analysis

This ordinance will allow for the construction of single-family dwellings within the Park West renewal plan area.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-501.1(b).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Lloyd Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 12th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Brown Street and a line 151.7 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 14th Street, from Park (PK) to Single-Family Residential (RS6).
