Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the construction of three retail buildings.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601(2).0008. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along South 5th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Layton Avenue, a line 562 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Layton Avenue and a line 634.14 feet East and parallel to the east line of South 5th Street, from Industrial Light (IL1) to Local Business (LB1).
