Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s)from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated April 7 and April 16 and from the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Work/Department of Employee Relations dated May 4, 2004 and attached to Common Council File Number 040014; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
