Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential (RM1) to Neighborhood Shopping (NS1), on land located on the East Side of North Teutonia Avenue and South of West Villard Avenue, in the 1st Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance corrects the zoning map for the property at 5140 and 5148 North Teutonia Avenue that previously had Neighborhood Shopping zoning designation, but the new zoning map that became effective October 1, 2002 does not represent this zoning district. This zoning change was initiated by the Department of City Development.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-601.1.0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along North Teutonia Avenue, the north line of the Lincoln Creek Parkway, the east line of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 3963, the zoning line within the right-of-way along North 29th Street and the north line of Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 3963, from Multi-Family Residential (RM1) to Neighborhood Shopping (NS1).
