Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2004 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 9, 2004 - April 20, 2004):

Under Salary Grade 008, add the title "Project Manager 4/" and add the following footnote: "4/Recruitment is authorized up to the eighth step of the salary grade."

Under Salary Grade 009, delete the title "Staff Assistant to the Mayor-Senior" and add the titles 'Mayor's Liaison Officer" and "Staff Assistant-Manager."

Under Salary Grade 010, delete the titles "Mayor's Liaison Officer" and "Staff Assistant-Manager" and add the title "Special Assistant to the Mayor."

Under Salary Grade 011, delete the title "Special Assistant to the Mayor."

Under Salary Grade 013, add the title "Policy Planning Coordinator."

Under Salary Grade 015, delete the title "Policy Planning Coordinator."

Under Salary Grade 016, add the title "Chief of Staff."

Under Salary Grade 017, delete the title and footnote designation "Chief of Staff 3/" and delete footnote "3/" in its entirety.

Part 2. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 5, 2002 - February 17, 2002):

Under Pay Range 541, add the footnote designation "2/" to the title "Lead Risk Assessor II."

Part 3. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 030414 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 553, add the title of "Lead Risk Assessor III 3/" and add the following footnote: "3/Employees in this classi...
