Whereas, Resolution File Number 030497 authorizes city departments to expend moneys appropriated in the 2004 budget for Special Purpose Accounts; and

Whereas, Exhibit A to Common Council File No. 030497 authorizes the appropriation authority for the Outside Counsel/Expert Witness Fund to be "Resolution", now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That Exhibit A to Common Council File No. 030497 be amended to place the expenditure authority for the Outside Counsel/Expert Witness Fund under the authority of the City Attorney.
