Analysis
This substitute resolution authorizes and directs the proper city officers to execute eleven (11) sewer easement releases, five (5) water easement releases and one (1) quitclaim deed.
Body
Whereas, In 1971, the City of Milwaukee was granted the following sewer and water easements in the area located west of North 76th Street, east of North 84th Street from West Brown Deer Road to West Fairy Chasm Road (extended): SE-1971 Parcel C; SE-1972 Parcels C, D, E, F and H; SE-1973 Parcel C; SE-1974 Parcels A and B; SE-1975 Parcels C and E; WE-295D Parcels 2 and 3; WE-295C Parcel 1; WE-295G Parcel 1; WE-295F Parcel 5; and

Whereas, There are existing sanitary and storm sewer facilities and water main facilities in the aforementioned easement areas; and

Whereas, The present owner has requested the conveyance of said facilities within said easements; and

Whereas, The City has determined that a portion of said facilities within said easements no longer serves the interests of the City of Milwaukee and therefore can be conveyed; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute the documents for sewer easement releases SER-1971 Parcel C; SER-1972 Parcels C, D, E, F and H; SER-1973 Parcel C (partial); SER-1974 Parcels A and B; SER-1975 Parcels C and E (partial); water easement releases WER-295D Parcels 2 and ...
