Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute two Release of Easements and two Quit Claim Deeds.
Body:
Whereas, In 1971, the City of Milwaukee (City) was granted easement WE295E, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, and WE295F, Parcel 4, for water purposes in the Northridge Shopping Center, located North of West Brown Deer Road and West of North 76th Street; and

Whereas, There is an existing 12" water main in said easement WE295E, Parcels 1 and 2, and an existing 8" water main in said easement, WE295F, Parcel 4; and

Whereas, The Owners have requested conveyance of the aforementioned water mains within WE295E, Parcels 1 and 2, and WE295F, Parcel 4; and

Whereas, The Owners have also requested conveyance of existing 8" water mains in easement WE295C, Parcels 2 and 3, and existing 12" water mains in easements WE295C, Parcel 1, WE295D, Parcels 1, 2, and 3, WE295F, Parcels 1, 2, and 3, and WE295G, Parcel 1; and

Whereas, The City has determined that the water mains within easements WE295C, Parcels 1, 2, and 3, WE295D, Parcels 1, 2, and 3, WE295E, Parcels 1 and 2, WE295F, Parcels 1, 2, and 3, and WE295G, Parcel 1, no longer serve the interest of the City of Milwaukee and therefore can be conveyed by Quit Claim Deeds QCD910A and QCD910B; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute the documents for Release of Water Easements, WE295ER and WE295FR and Quit Claim Deeds, QCD910A and QCD910B, copies of which are attached to and part...
