Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

4th Aldermanic District

N. 9th St. - W. Highland Ave. to W. Winnebago St. (WT430043003): Water main extension. (Developer Water Fund -- $10,000)

6th Aldermanic District

W. Galena St. (Vacated) - N. Commerce St. (Vacated) to N. 2nd St. (Vacated) (SM495040100): Combined lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $25,000)

8th and 12th Aldermanic Districts

W. Canal St. - N. and S. 6th St. to S. 25th St. (SM495030177): Relaying storm sewer.

14th Aldermanic District

S. St. Clair St. - E. Russell Ave. to E. Potter Ave. (WT410041098/WT430043004): Water main extension. (Nonassessable/Developer Water Fund -- $10,000)
