Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 941971, adopted April 25, 1995, establishing a Property Management Training Program Board of Directors, as amended by Common Council Resolution File Number 960376, adopted June 25, 1995, is rescinded.
