Analysis
This ordinance adds the Wisconsin center district to the list of governmental units exempted from fees charged by the city for various building-code related permit fees.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 200-32-4 of the code is amended to read:
200-32. Permit Fees.
4. GOVERNMENTAL UNITS. Where the effect of requiring any fee provided in s.200-33 would be to cause a charge to the city of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee board of school directors, the housing authority >>, the Wisconsin center district<< or the redevelopment authority, the fee shall not be charged.
