Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Office (IO2) to Commercial Service (CS) on land located on the West Side of North 35th Street and South of West Keefe Avenue, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow for the continued operation of existing land uses as permitted uses.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601-4.003: The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 35th Street, a line 171 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Keefe Avenue, a line 134 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Townsend Street, and the zoning line within the right-of-way line of the west adjacent alley, from Industrial Office (IO2) to Commercial Service (CS).
