Whereas, Milwaukee Bulk Terminals, Inc., a tenant of the Port of Milwaukee (Port) was issued two invoices, number 76316 and 76356 for wharfage, a charge for the use of the wharf; and
Whereas, The Port attempted to cancel the invoices due to the erroneous belief the rate used in calculating the charge was incorrect; and
Whereas, The Port subsequently rebilled Milwaukee Bulk Terminal, Inc. at a later date for these charges; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said Common Council hereby cancels invoices 76316 and 76356 totaling $10,075.39.
