Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the proper city officers to execute a permit and agreement document.
Body
Whereas, On March 15, 1971, the City of Milwaukee was granted an easement, SE-1975, Parcels A and B, for sewer purposes in a property located at 7700S West Brown Deer Road; and

Whereas, There is an existing City of Milwaukee 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer in said easement SE-2275, Parcel A and Parcel B; and

Whereas, The owner of said property has requested the City's permission to construct a portion of a proposed building over the aforementioned sewer easement parcels; and

Whereas, The City will allow the construction of said portion of said proposed building in the easement area, subject to conditions stipulated in a Permit and Agreement document known as SA-1975, Parcels A and B; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute Permit and Agreement document SA-1975, Parcels A and B, copies of said Permit and Agreement being attached to Common Council Resolution File Number 030879 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Permit and Agreement document has been executed by the proper city officers, it shall be forwarded to the office of the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
