Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $1,111.00 payable to D. Michael Guerin with Law offices of Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, 330 East Kilbourn Avenue, Suite 1170, Milwaukee, WI 53202 to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of the following police officers:
