Analysis:
This resolution authorizes and directs the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a project agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) for the programming and construction of West Blue Mound Road (USH 18) from North Glenview Avenue to North 66th Street with Federal/State Aid under the State Trunk Highway Improvement Program. This resolution also directs the City Comptroller to transfer funds and establish project/grant chartfield values for the preliminary engineering for these projects. The estimated total cost of the projects is $3,742,000, of which the City's share is $272,600. The estimated preliminary engineering cost for this project is $567,000, of which the City's share is $42,450.

Whereas, Preliminary approval has been requested and received from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) along with a project agreement to be executed by the City of Milwaukee for the programming and construction of West Blue Mound Road (USH 18) from North Glenview Avenue to North 66th Street with Federal/State Aid under the State Trunk Highway Improvement Program; now, therefore, be it
