Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute a Permit and Agreement document, SA-2734.
Body
Whereas, On July 15, 2003, the City of Greenfield adopted resolution number 3062 requesting permission from the City of Milwaukee to connect five building storm sewers and proposed City of Greenfield storm and sanitary main sewers to existing storm and sanitary facilities in the City of Milwaukee; and

Whereas, Said storm sewer is to be constructed in West Leroy Avenue within the City of Greenfield and the City of Milwaukee, and it will be connected to an existing City of Milwaukee storm sewer at a proposed storm manhole located at 25 +/- feet south of the north line of West Leroy Avenue and 270 +/- east of the east line of South 54th Street; and

Whereas, Said sanitary sewer is to be constructed in West Leroy Avenue within the City of Greenfield and the City of Milwaukee, and it will be connected to an existing City of Milwaukee sanitary manhole located at nine (9) +/- feet south of the north line of West Leroy Avenue and 96 +/- feet east of the east line of South 54th Street; and

Whereas, Four of the aforementioned building storm sewers are already connected to storm sewers in the City of Milwaukee and the proper assessment fees have been paid; and therefore no action will be required on these building storm sewers; and

Whereas, The fifth building storm sewer will be connected to a future City of Greenfield storm sewer; and therefore, no action will be required at this time; and
