Analysis

This ordinance renumbers 2 aldermanic districts, but does not effect the election wards associated with those districts; the 7^th district becomes the 10^th, and the 10^th district becomes the 7^th.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 301-2-7 and 10 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:

301-2.      Aldermanic District Boundaries: 2004.

7.  SEVENTH DISTRICT.  Wards 36, 37, 120, 121, 124, 125, 126, 127, 275, 276, 277, 278, 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 288, 289.

10.  TENTH DISTRICT.  Wards 9, 15, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 122, 123, 128, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 180.
