Analysis

This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to install a new traffic control signal at the intersection of North Commerce Street and East Pleasant Street.

Body

Whereas, Traffic control signals have been determined as being warranted for the safe operation of this intersection;  and

Whereas, The total estimated cost of this installation is $75,000, which is being provided by funds from the Commerce Street TID account number TD0224009; and, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to install a new traffic control signal at the Intersection of North Commerce Street and East Pleasant Street.
