Analysis
This resolution will result in the sale of three vacant, tax-deed lots for development.
Body
Whereas, The Inner City Redevelopment Corporation ("ICRC") has offered to purchase the following vacant, tax-deed lots for $1.00 each, which are located in their target area for new construction:

3353-55 North 3rd Street, #282-1314-2
; and
Whereas, The Department of City Development ("DCD") recommends acceptance of the offer from ICRC, contingent upon site and building plan approval by its planning division; and
Whereas, Said lots are being sold in an "as is" condition and the City makes no representations as to soil or subsoil condition; and
Whereas, The City Plan Commission has determined that said lots are surplus to municipal needs; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said lots are declared surplus, that the offer from the Inner City Redevelopment Corporation is accepted, that the Commissioner of DCD, or assigns, is authorized and directed to perform such acts as necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution and that the proceeds from the sale be credited to the Reserve For Tax Deficit Fund, Account No. 0001-334106.
