Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Office (IO2) and Commercial Service (CS) to Industrial-Light (IL2) on lands located North of West Fiebrantz Avenue and West of North Port Washington Road, in the 6th and 1st Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow the existing home improvement center to continue to operate as a permitted use. It also will permit a greater range of industrial activities.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-601-2.0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by commencing 209 feet North of the north line of Kriz Park Subdivision and 30 feet East of the Northeast corner of Lot 20, Block 2; thence East 245 feet; thence Southeasterly to a point 80 feet West and 60 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot 1 Block 3 Kriz Park; thence Southeasterly to the north line Subdivision 60 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3; thence Southeasterly 174.73 feet; thence Southeasterly 38.46 feet; thence North 7.07 feet; thence Southeasterly 51.48 feet; thence West 8.83 feet; thence Southeasterly 191.11 feet; thence North 27.50 feet; thence East 19.08 feet; thence North 103.80 feet; thence East 20.00 feet; thence South 13.50 feet; thence East 120.00 feet; thence North 13.50 feet; thence East to east right-of-way line of North Port Washington Avenue; thence North along the east right-of-way line of North Port Washington Avenue to the northeast right-of-way line of the Wisconsin Southern Railroad Company; thence Northwesterly along the Wisconsin Southern Railroad Company right-of-way to a point 682.76 feet South of the north line quarter section; thence East to a point within the r...
