Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

3rd Aldermanic District

E. Locust St. - N. Bartlett Av. to N. Newhall St. (SM495030221) : Relay combined sewer.

6th Aldermanic District

N. Commerce St. (Bike Path) - E. Pleasant St. to N. Humboldt Ave. (ST32001201/TD02284000): Laying a concrete sidewalk. Doing all the necessary grading pertaining to said work.

N. Riverboat Rd. (Bike Path) - N. Commerce St. to E. North Ave. (ST32001101/TD02284000): Laying a concrete and asphalt sidewalk. Doing all the necessary grading pertaining to said work.

N. Hubbard St. - Intersections of E. Brown St. and E. Reservoir Ave. (ST214030103): Concrete pavement reconstruction, special treatment, replace curb and gutter and sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading.

8th, 12th, and 16th Aldermanic Districts

W. National Ave. - S. 23rd St. to S. 34th St. (SM495030150): Relay combined sewer.

9th Aldermanic District

N. 62nd St. - W. Mill Rd. to 700 feet m/l north of W. Mill Rd. (SW172030103): New sanitary and storm sewer.

12th Aldermanic District

W. National Ave. - S. Cesar E. Chavez Dr. to S. 20th St. (SM495030166): Relay combined sewer.

16th Aldermanic District

W. Blue Mound Rd. - N. 59th St. to N. 65th St. (SM495030197): Relay sanitary and storm sewer
