Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee of the Common Council has recommended the following position on the bill hereinafter listed and the Common Council being advised of said matter; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee is opposed to the following legislative bill, and hereby instructs the Division of Intergovernmental Relations to appear before the proper committees in opposition to said bill and use its best endeavors in opposition to the same viz:
598-A, relating to Employment relations under Municipal Employment Relations Act (oppose, unless amended).
