Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
To establish and/or alter and establish the grade or elevation of the following alleys, assuming as a base the level of the Milwaukee River as it was in the month of March, 1836 A.D. Said grade between the points mentioned is to be on a straight line drawn from point to point.
1. On the flow line of the alley between North Avondale Boulevard, West Center Street, West Lisbon Avenue and North Sholes Avenue.
At the north line of West Center Street - 185.50
At a point 8 feet north of the previous point - 185.80
At a point 119 feet north of the previous point - 194.25
At a point 200 feet north of the previous point - 195.80
At a point 63 feet north of the previous point - 195.35
At a point 161 feet north of the previous point - 196.50
At a point 164 feet north of the previous point - 199.75
At a point 200 feet north of the previous point - 203.00
At the south line of West Lisbon Avenue - 206.00
2. On the flow line of the alley between West Brown Street, West Lloyd Street, North 37th Street and North 38th Street.
