Analysis
This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between Tameister Development Company, LLC and the City. The agreement provides for the design, construction, and funding of public improvements to serve a twelve lot single family home subdivision to be located at the just north of the current northern ends of South 85th and South 86th Streets just south of West Oklahoma Avenue. The developer will fund all costs. The City will design the improvements and inspect their construction. Upon approval of the Commissioner of Public Works, the developer will contract for construction of the improvements.

Whereas, Tameister Development Company, LLC has received approval of a four lot Certified Survey Map known as Mayberry Park, phase I located at the north end of South 85th Street south of West Oklahoma Avenue; and

Whereas, Tameister owns additional vacant land in the immediate area; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has approved the preliminary plat for a twelve lot, single family home subdivision for this additional vacant land; and

Whereas, The twelve lot subdivision will be known as Mayberry Park phase II; and

Whereas, Tameister desires to enter into an Out-of-Program Agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding the design and installation of public improvements to serve Mayberry Park phase II; and
