Substitute resolution approving levying of assessments and construction of assessable public improvement projects at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

8th Aldermanic District

S. 21st St. - W. Muskego Ave. to W. Mitchell St. (ST211030133) File Number 021551: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, narrow roadway from 40 feet to 36 feet, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $29,300; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $41,600)

11th Aldermanic District

W. Leroy Ave. - S. 51st St. to S. 55th St. (ST211020132) File Number 030392: Concrete pavement construction, replace curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $5,100; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $121,600)
