Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

N. Teutonia Ave. - W. Ruby Ave. to W. Villard Ave. (WT410041079): Hydrant alteration. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)

4th Aldermanic District

W. Juneau Ave. - N. 9th St. to N. 11th St. (SM495030198): Relay combined sewer.

4th and 17th Aldermanic Districts

W. Juneau Ave. - N. 12th St. to N. 12th Ln. (SM495030199): Relay combined sewer.

6th Aldermanic District

E. Garfield Ave. at N. Bremen St. (TD02284027): Install concrete walk, construct driveway approach, replace curb and gutter, sodding, and grading where necessary.

9th Aldermanic District

N. 62nd St. - W. Mill Rd. to a point 750 feet m/l north of W. Mill Rd. (RM52314035): New concrete pavement, new curb and gutter and sidewalk, and sodding.
