Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential (RM4) to Industrial Office (IO2) on land located on the North Side of West Highland Boulevard and East of North 37th Street, in the 16th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow for the expansion of an existing surface parking lot for Harley Davidson.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-801(1).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Highland Boulevard, the zoning line within the right-of-way along North 37th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Juneau Avenue, a line 120 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Highland Boulevard, a line 80 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 37th Street and a line 120 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 37th Street, from Multi-Family Residential (RM4) to Industrial Office (IO2).
