Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of West National Avenue from the east curb line of South 34th Street to a point 80 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the west side of South 54th Street from West Leroy Avenue to West Plainfield Avenue from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on regular school days"
"On the north side of West Wisconsin Avenue from a point 200 feet east of the east curb line of North 46th Street to a point 145 feet east thereof from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM"
"On the west side of North 46th Street from the north curb line of West Martin Drive to a point 90 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of South 27th Street from the south curb line of West Forest Home Avenue to a point 135 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of South 32nd Street from West Montana Street to West Dakota Street"
"For a distance of 20 feet in front of the premises at #526 North 5th Street between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM"
"On the east side of North 11th Street from the north curb line of West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 105 feet north at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the alley bounded by West Greenfield Avenue, West Madison Street, South 7th Street and South 8th Street
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-a of the Code relating to Fifteen Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of East Hartford Avenue from a point 250 feet west of the west curb line of North Maryland Avenue to a point 90...
