Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Office (IO2) to Commercial Service (CS) on land located on the West Side of South 27th Street and South of West Cleveland Avenue, in the 8th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow for the expansion of an existing auto service and used car sales facility and consolidate land into a single base zoning district.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601(4).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along South 27th Street, a line 390 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Cleveland Avenue, a line 86 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 27th Street and a zoning line along the railroad right-of-way, from Industrial Office (IO2) to Commercial Service (CS).
